ThumbWin 1.2.8 is a curious, free application that lets you convert program shortcuts into thumbnails once you minimize them on your desktop.



It works the same if you put them on the taskbar, but now you have the advantage that you can preview them on the desktop. In the thumbnail you can see perfectly which program or window it is, and this preview lets you operate themn, in other words, you can restore or close these programs from the thumbnails, which are also configurable.
